Junior Recruitment Consultant or Consultant – Permanents Division Strong Base Salary – negotiable – Earnings c.25-30% (Working as a ‘buddy-partner’ to a Managing Consultant) Commercial Finance Arena / Accountancy Superb Local Brand Reputation – Swindon Based The Company: My client has worked hard to create and maintain a very strong reputation for quality of service, delivery on promises and consistency within the commercial accountancy and finance arena across the South West. They are pleased to invite on board a recruiter who is really passionate about what they do and who is keen to deliver a clearly solid service to their clients. The Role: You will work alongside a Managing Consultant who has been in the company for 8 years and who clearly has a strong reciprocal client base. You will work on permanent vacancies across a broad South West region and be able to take advantage of ‘fee splits’ with the team as well as focussing on your own client portfolio. The emphasis is upon quality of service and strong business relationships so you will be given a wide remit to manage and build your clients as you see fit.
