The Opportunity: There are PA roles and then there are ĎPAí roles, this one is the latter!
Youíll work alongside someone who is clearly the highest performing Director in the business and who is respected strongly for his high standards, business etiquette and ultimately his business delivery. He is up-front and open with his dealings and is looking for someone to work as an extension of his personal brand within the business.
This is a true PA role holding personal responsibility for in-depth diary management, logistics management, meetings/dinners and event compilation and management. This Director is a very active and sociable person in how he operates and therefore spends a lot time networking.
Alongside all the usual confidential secretarial support including correspondence, presentations, support in meetings etc you will play the role of co-ordinator and diary manager for him on a day to day basis.
As he is one of the highest profile Directors in the company, you too will become a well known individual at board level so your ability to operate and converse at senior level is a given.
The Person: Coming from a corporate business background, youíll take pride in your personal presentation and carry the level of polish thatís expected at a senior level. Itís hoped that you will understand the etiquette around your approach to a PA role at this level and this approach will be supported by sound secretarial skills. Ideally you will be clear, concise, professional and diplomatic in your manner whilst retaining a sense of humour.
