In order to drive true long term growth an invitation exists for a bright, financially aware and commercially driven recruitment consultant with the determination to really deliver. You will take responsibility and personal accountability for your financial performance on the professional accountancy desk, continual development of new business and new markets throughout the South West. In order to achieve this you will also be required to generate a consistent stream of high calibre, highly skilled candidates in line with market trends and demands.
Expectations and standards within the business are high but so are the rewards. This region is home to several of the UK’s top achievers and revenue earners for the business, so you will be in good company! Top performers are earning over £200,000 p.a. with consistent performers earning approximately £60,000 p.a. and average performers in the region of £45,000 p.a. Your progression within the business will be totally in your own hands as both your attitude and you performance will determine how far you go.
The Successful Candidate:
Ideally you will be coming from accountancy recruitment, although not 100% essential, as all sectors within recruitment will be considered. You will have a strong educational background, with clear evidence of success throughout your time in agency recruitment. You must be able to demonstrate clear commercial acumen, a genuine passion to succeed support by the ability to drive yourself forward within a competitive and lucrative market sector.
