Business Development & Account Management Executive c.£18,000 p.a. Basic Salary + OTE £30k yr 1 £45k yr 2 Bristol City Centre Work in the fast paced and exciting world of technology recruitment. Recruitment Consultants have gone on to be some of the richest people in the UK building and running their own companies. My client is an ambitious and growing technology recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Bristol and serves the Bristol, Thames Valley and London regions. They offer an encouraging environment, challenging and demanding personal goals and objectives but supported by very thorough 1-2-1 training and development which means you will develop at your own pace. Your role will be multi-faceted and ever-changing incorporating new business development, account management, advertising and marketing, interviewing and selection and closing deals! You will find ways of adding value to both your client and your candidate’s experience of using your services and build new relationships into long-term mutually beneficial business dealings. All your tenacity, persuasiveness, intelligence, competitiveness and creative thinking will be put to the test so it’s essential you enjoy the challenge of selling, relationship building and beating your competition to the post! It’s likely you have a strong educational background, possibly through university but coupled with time selling in a business environment where you can prove you have succeeded and enjoyed it. |
