An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-standard perm IT recruiter to join this leading BPO recruitment agency. This major account worth £1.5m a year for which 2/3rd is exclusive will be handed over from one of the Directors to allow him to concentrate on winning new major accounts – a full handover and resourcing support will ensure smooth account integration and allow you to get a good handle on the account, the requirements and the processes and procedures. Recruiting into roles typically ranging from £100k - £300k basics you will bill on an average fee of £20k for all level of roles within this business all with an IT/technology bias, hence the need for IT recruitment experience. A snap-shot of current vacancies are Director of HR, Account Directors and Application Outsourcing Directors – all top-end, all exclusive. As a business they specialise in major BPO solutions though work on a contingency basis which works well for their clients and results in quick turnarounds and impressive results for their client accounts. As part of the handover the Director will give the resourcing support personally to ensure that he is close to hand while handing over the account, once fully handed over you will be in a position to recruit a Resourcer dedicated purely to your account. Suitable candidates will have a strong track-record as a Senior Consultant within perm IT recruitment and have a track record of delivering into major accounts at senior level where you have used your credibility and hard work to ensure that you have exclusivity and commitment in your accounts. As a person you will be a hard working, relentless professional who enjoys delivering exceptional, consistent service. Coming from an agency background you will have an ‘agency mentality’ where regardless of the scope of this account there will always be more for you to get over time. Due to the high volume and scope within this role the on target earnings will be expected to be a minimum of £130k, therefore, you will be a hard-hitting professional who can step up to the expectations required at this level.
