Trainee Head-Hunter – Management Consultancy Sector - Wokingham, Berkshire
Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Salary: £20k - £30k Basic + Commission (£75k+ after Year 1) + Subsidised Gym + Subsidised Healthcare + Incentives
Description: Due to ongoing high-volume requirements from 2 of the leading Big 4 Management Consultancies the exciting opportunity has arisen for an established b2b sales professional to join this leading independent specialist top-level recruitment agency in the centre of Wokingham.

Working within a tough yet rewarding ‘work hard/play hard’ environment you will be a robust individual with big personality, charisma and the experience of selling in a credible, professional manner to senior level decision makers. Full training and ongoing mentoring will be with one of the founding Directors who has carved an incredible career with fantastic success and earnings which will give you the best foundations to becoming a top performer.
Working alongside an established team where people have earned between £75k - £120k after their first year you will be surrounded by influential, successful people who have high demands yet high rewards. As a business they offer a senior search service for their top clients and have a strong candidate network of over 15,000 people ensuring that you have a good pool to headhunt from. You will start as a Resourcer with a focus on delivering candidates to one of the Senior Consultants to give you a good training ground for understanding the market and your role and enabling you to move quickly up through the ranks based on merit.

This is an exciting time to join as they are looking to double the headcount over the next 2 years, you will have fantastic training and support to ensure that you will be in line for further promotions as the business grows.

Suitable candidates will currently be working within an internal sales role focusing on b2b sales either within technology or financial services and possess a pure sales attitude with a competitive, hard-working streak and a proven track record of success. As a character you will enjoy the office banter that can often come with a high energy sales team though know when to turn on the business for all client and candidate interactions.
