Salary: £17,000to £19,000 + Uncapped Commission

£17,000-£19,000p.a. Base Salary, Uncapped Commission, OTE £45k+,

The Company: Based in funky offices in the trendy city centre of Bristol. Play computer games and table football at lunchtime in the spacious break-out area when discussing your morning’s deals! As specialist IT & Technology recruitment consultants they have all the knowledge and experience you will need to learn from coupled with extensive recruitment sales training delivered through one of the UK’s most prominent training guru’s. Well known in the city for their corporate sponsorships, hot air balloons and motorsport racing you will be working for an energetic, fun and very successful business.

The Role: The position of recruitment consultant is challenging, fast paced, self-driven and financially rewarding. You’ll talk to a vast range of decision makers to win their business and the opportunity to recruit permanent IT staff for them and their teams. You will pitch for exclusivity on all your business, strive for fast turn-around times and for the strongest placements fees possible. Your commission levels ride upon the level of fees you charge so the responsibility and your earning potential lies fully with you. You will attract, source, interview and place as many accurately qualified candidates as possible each month and continue to build your client account relationships month on month. It’s possible to earn well over £100k p.a. but during your first and second years, if on or over target, expect to earn between £30k and £50k p.a.

The Successful Person: Clichéd perhaps but you really must be a driven person who can sell, promote and build strong business relationships. You will already have experience of selling in the business to business arena, perhaps as a recruitment consultant already, although the sales ability and experience is the most important element.
