My client is a well known entrepreneurial multi-disciplined Recruitment Consultancy with plenty of evidence of growth and success. With operations right across the UK and Sydney, Australia they have built a strong reputation for near faultless delivery within the construction market ‘down under’. Consultants in Sydney office are presently billing on average $50,000 and earning very strong commission and UK consultants on working Visa’s receive a ‘working away’ tax allowance reducing your tax to only 10% approximately. Rest assured you’re in safe hands as the company is an ‘approved sponsor company’ with the Department of Immigration & Multicultural Affairs and can arrange Class 457 Business Visa Sponsorship. The Role: You will join an extremely busy team of recruitment consultants to run a busy ‘perms’ desk working within the building and Construction division. You will secure and build business with Head and Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Building Developers and these will range in size from 1st to 3rd tier business. A vast proportion of your business is with existing clients but you will be expected to generate new business alongside your delivery within known business. As this is a very busy desk indeed it’s important you have worked a construction desk and can demonstrate success in building either a temps or perms desk with a track record of relationship building. As this is a robust and fast moving market you will be able to make you mark and establish yourself quickly and again be able to provide evidence you’ve achieved this before.
