The exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing recruitment specialist to join this leading Global brand in developing a new division to complement the existing London office and set up a presence throughout the Thames Valley. With a wide choice of PSLs and existing jobs in the region, this is a development role with a warm approach, therefore, the ability to get up and running quickly is there. Dependent on what you are looking to achieve, as the first Consultant in the Reading office to work on the Marketing division you will be given the support and development structure to allow you to grow the team, if you are looking for a billing-only role then there is scope to work towards a Principal Consultant role. All Directors in the business joined as Consultants which shows the opportunity for promotion based on hard work and results. With full marketing and brand support you will have the full infrastructure to ensure that your division is a success. You will have access to roles in your region from London based clients and the ability to cross sell with the Finance and HR divisions in your office. A business development mentality is key, however, you will need to be relationship focused in a quality environment as opposed to volume cold calling. Working as part of a fun, hard working business who offer an excellent package and training support you will be in an environment where autonomy is key and your quarterly reviews will keep you on track. This is a ‘grown-up’ environment where you will have freedom with support. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 2 years marketing recruitment experience and perhaps be looking for more autonomy or the opportunity to build a division and brand and come in at the early stages of what has been a huge success in other locations. In-house, agency, interim and perm will all be considered – as the first person in you will have carte blanche on the PSL clients! Basic salary is dependent on experience and for the right person will pay up to the late 30s. The full corporate benefits package is available after 3 months and parking is on site available on a rota basis.
