The exciting opportunity has arisen to open up and manage a new division for the Guildford office of a world leading specialist recruitment agency with an established brand name and a network of existing offices covering the commercial sector throughout the UK. You will have the ability to run at an established PSL client base from other brands within the office, allowing you to get up and running quickly. Coming in as a Senior Consultant or Divisional Manager dependent on experience you will be responsible for building the commercial division for the East Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex area by cross- selling into the existing client base – examples of how quickly this can be done, a Consultant in another office is now billing £20k GP a month with ongoing growth. Another had 25 temps out in their first 2 months from cross selling into existing clients! As part of the growth you will be assigned to recruit and manage Consultants in line with promotion to Divisional Manager once you are consistently billing well – growing this as your own division. Placing commercial temps on typical margins of 30% and commanding top perm fees in line with an excellent standard of service you will sit above High Street agencies to attract the best candidates, clients and margins – offering a top service from a prestigious brand. Typical roles will range from £20k - £60k covering HR, Sales, Marketing, PA/Secretarial, Customer Services and Management with the scope to place into any company. As well as targeting existing clients you will be a natural business developer who can attract exclusive roles and the best candidates through excellent networking and relationship building skills. Once a Manager you will earn a bonus based on your Consultants’ billings as well as your own and have a targeted car allowance in place as an additional incentive. You will be supported by hard working, successful colleagues and a billing Manager who leads by example. Suitable candidates will be an existing Commercial Recruitment Consultant working for a big brand agency who command quality business and service levels. Perhaps you are looking to take the step into management or an existing Recruitment Team Leader looking to develop more towards building and managing a brand new team. You will be a hands-on biller with a focus on relationship development, building an exciting new division and making your mark as a strong contender in your branch network.
