Recruitment Consultant – Temporaries – ‘Warm Client Base’ Accountancy & Finance – (all levels) £20,000-25,000 p.a. + OTE + (Company Car at Senior Consultant level) 25 Days Holiday & Free Parking My client is described as up-beat, assertive, focussed and intelligent with a clear passion to be the primary Accountancy & Finance Recruitment supplier in their market place. Their passionate team of recruitment consultants and senior recruitment consultants will welcome an experienced temporaries consultant and provide strong support. Opportunity: A rare chance to join not only a passionate and successful team who are billing well already but also to take over a desk which has seen 50 finance temps out historically. As you will take on a desk to build, you will be given full access to all lapsed and existing clients on the temp, contract and perm divisions with the knowledge that there are plenty of long-standing client relationships to build from. This genuine level of warmth in client relationships will give you a solid start. Another real benefit over their competitors is that the level at which you operate isn’t restricted in any way at all whereas most other accountancy recruitment agencies split desks down by level. Ideally you will have 15+ temps out consistently by the end of your first year which will yield strong commission but equally importantly it will put yourself in a great situation to smash your targets in year two. The commission structure will allow you to double your salary and earn around £50,000 p.a. for good/average performance and of course for outstanding delivery of gross margin you can earn significantly more than that. The Person: With very up to date temp recruitment experience, possibly in accountancy recruitment, you will know how to build and run a profitable temps desk and be able to inject to energy and passion to really drive it forwards. You will be smartly and professionally presented, articulate and driven. Applications from temporaries consultants from other sectors are very welcome. If you have permanent recruitment experience you will also be strongly considered. |
