Legal Recruitment Consultant – In House Clients (Warm division) - London, City
Location: London, City
Salary: £30k - £45k Basic + Commission + Incentives + Excellent Training/Support + Incentives + Pension
Description: Due to ongoing expansion plans, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal recruiter to join a leading executive recruitment practice who boasts a credible name, award winning service levels and the full support of a Resourcer and Executive Assistant to enable you to concentrate on networking and client servicing. Working on a team who consistently achieve average fees of £28k per placement and even a recent fee of £200k you will be working within a hard working, focused business who takes pride in their work and careers.
In line with growth plans for headcount and International office openings they are in a position to take on their future leaders and would like to see people with the ambition and mind-set to head up a division over time to ensure that the current Manager can develop in his role over the next 18 months.

On average, the people who joined at this level and have been with the company for 2 years are earning £180k a year
Placing in-house law practitioners into corporate businesses throughout London – you will be given warm clients from another member of the team to ensure that you are up and running quickly and building your network and reputation in the business. Expectations are based on placement as opposed to revenue which is currently 5 deals a quarter – commission is paid quarterly and after threshold pays up to 35%. In addition to this there are ongoing incentives and awards for top performers such as additional holiday, trips and holidays.

Suitable candidates will ideally have 3 years legal recruitment agency experience and have the desire and drive to develop their career within a high demand, hard working business who will support and develop you throughout your career to ensure that you excel in your job within a top performing environment. As a person you will be intelligent, hard working and posses the drive and spirit to stand out in a top business – there is no room for egos here, just hard work and credibility. Recruiters from other senior professional sectors will be considered dependent on track record and team fit.
