Due to exciting growth plans with a focus on developing new talent into the business , the exciting opportunity for experienced business to business sales professionals to join this leading specialist IT recruiter in Clifton has arisen. Working as part of a small, hard working team of credible, hard working Consultants you will be a strong sales person who can perform well in a challenging environment targeting a senior end of the market where reputation and building your network through good relationships is essential. With ongoing growth plans within the group there are ongoing options to develop into leading a team of Consultants or to develop your career to Senior Consultant level based on rewarding your achievements. Reporting into the MD and supported by a growing parent company structure you will be given ongoing training and development to ensure that you succeed in your role – learning both the technical side of your industry and the recruitment business and have an ongoing personal development plan to ensure focus on targets and personal achievements. Suitable candidates will currently be in a business to business sales role, ideally with a focus on a technology product or service and enjoy the buzz and hard work of being in a high reward sales environment. As a person you must be a driven, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of sales targets and always wants to achieve more. On target earnings are £50k and are uncapped. In addition to the highly competitive commission structure there are ongoing incentives such as cash bonuses and the use of a Supercar for the weekend as well as corporate benefits of a pension, private healthcare and life assurance after the 3 month probation period.
