Marketing – HR – Sales – Finance – Project Management – IT – Procurement (Permanents and/or Contracts) £23-24,000pa. Base Salary - OTE of £78,000pa. Commission 20%/25% to 30% - NO THRESHOLD, (call for specific details) My Client: An agile, intelligent and very profitable multi-sector specialist recruitment consultancy based in plush, centrally located offices. The majority of the team recruits within the technical arena ranging from electronics and engineering to project and process management and are now open to other sectors. With strong foundations built across a multitude of vertical markets, their 2010 business plan is increase their client focussed offering by adding other complimentary recruitment disciplines to the team by investing in a strong ‘individual’ rather than try to drive someone into working a sector that’s unfamiliar. Historically everyone who’s joined the team has been able to continue working successfully in their own market but now with the clear benefit of a very strong OTE with no threshold. The Opportunity: You’ll benefit immediately from working with intelligent, experienced and self-managing consultants who’re happy to work autonomously running and managing their own desks with no ‘red-tape’ that’s often found in larger more ‘national’ agencies. The plan is for you to continue working the sector you already have established knowledge of and to ‘layer’ this market into their existing services offering. Another huge benefit is that you can recruit within either contract or perms doubling your chance of securing new business. The company offers freedom and space for you to run your desk/business as you see fit. They provide you with a healthy basic salary and very strong commission which yields 25% from £0 billings upwards with no threshold on perm billings and 20% is paid on all contract margin. Once you hit your annual target of £180k you will receive a further generous 5% of your total annual billings stretching your commission to 30% of your over all billings on top of your basic salary yielding an OTE of £78,000.00pa. The Person: As this business is set up to support experienced, self-sufficient and personally driven recruiters we are looking for someone with 2+ years proven experience ideally within a specialist recruitment field, in particular HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Accountancy, Project Management, IT or similar. You won’t be restricted by your market sector as long as you have been billing in excess of £150k pa. and have the potential to bill £180k+ pa., you may of course have been billing far more.
