My client is an agile, expanding specialist recruitment consultancy which offers swift, efficient and thorough recruitment solutions to a wide of businesses throughout the South West of the UK. They offer consultancy solutions both a contract and permanent basis and your role is continue the growth in their client base by identifying, approaching and securing business with companies from SME level to multi-national blue-chip organisations. Benefitting from continuous development and training you role is a self-driven sales consultant position where you will be fully responsible for sales, marketing, advertising, candidate attraction, screening and interviewing, interview and placement management. While most of your time is spent over the telephone, you will meet new and existing client as regularly as possible to pitch and secure new business and relationships. You will then manage and grow those relationships by delivering rapid and effective solutions to the recruitment issues and problems. You will be rewarded by a very generous commission structure which allows you to earn big commission pay-outs, based on your success, that can regularly reach £3,000-4,000 per month, every month.
